David is an investment banker at Xnergy Financial. His focus is assistingfamily businessesinvarious sectors including technology, energy, and labor. He is an expert in helping formulate business strategies, to help those companies reach the next stage in their evolution. His role at Xnergy is to help businesses connect with potential investors and guide them through their transition, whether they are seeking capital for growth, equity investments or potential acquisitions. David and the team are highly skilled and qualified in all aspects of business growth and development.

David has been exposed to family-owned businesses throughout his career. His father ran and owed an accounting practice and later went on to be the controller of a local manufacturing plantin Richmond CA.David understands the importance that family businesses play in our lives, nation and in our communities and makes it his personal mission to help those he is involved with achieve their optimal growth and, ultimately, disposition, plans.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, David studied business management at Diablo Valley College from 2009-2011. Since 2006 David has been involved in the operation of growing businesses, in the food, beverage and restaurant sectors. His extensive knowledge in business including operations and management, capital structuring and successful divestitures has given him a true understanding of the important decisions family business owners face in growing and selling their businesses. David has been successful in his professional and personal life through hard work and dedication.

David is well travelled and has been to over 30 countries. He also holds dual nationalities as an American and Australian.

David has been an active member volunteer with the YMCA since 2001.
