John Day

Investment Banker, Xnergy Financial

Mr. Day is an investment banker within the Technology, Media and Entertainment Group of Xnergy Financial. In this role, he leads, identifies and develops new ventures and strategic acquisitions for the companies Capital Raising and M&A practice. Prior to Xnergy, Mr. Day worked with First Bell Capital, LLC, a private equity advisory firm which specialized in consulting, fund raising, and debt placement services. At FBC, he was responsible for relationship management and deal origination across a wide variety of industries. FBC formed from a venture fund within the clean tech space.

Earlier positions have included corporate development, law firm operations, as well as experience in both the digital media and mobile SaaS space.

Personal interests include racing one design sailboats, tennis, and fishing for giant blue marlin off NC and Bermuda, where Mr. Day has reeled and released several fish over 650 lbs.
