Ricardo Cabezas

Ricardo Cabezas is in the Investment Banking Department of Xnergy Financial LLC. He focuses on emerging and established companies in the Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Entertainment, High Tech and Private Finance sectors. Ricardo brings 19 years of experienceof transactional business in the Financial Sector.

He began his investment advising career in Boca Raton, Florida. He developed 100 new clients his 1st year in the business and was involved in several IPO transactions. During that time his firm helped Steve Madden Shoes to become listed on the Nasdag National Market and into a nationally recognized brand.

Mr. Cabezas built and created 3 separateonline offering sites for IPOs and Private Placements and participated in over 30 public offerings and 3 private placements. Subsequently, Mr. Cabezas accepted the position of Syndicate manager at a brokerage firm in Irvine. During his tenure he created another online facilitator of new offeringsfor the firm's network of over 550 brokers as an internal site and as well as a public site for over 30,000 registered members. The website offered over 30 public and private offerings a month during its peak.

Mr. Cabezas currently holds a FINRA Series 7 & 66 license, California Real Estate License and California Life and Health Insurance License. He currently lives in the Los Angeles with his 2 boys.
