Rick Cabezas

Managing Director, Xnergy Financial, LLC

Rick is an Investment Banker at Xnergy Financial. His main role is on the business acquisition side. His main focus is Clean Energy, Real Estate and Entertainment. Since 1996 Rick has been involved in several IPOs and Secondary Offerings. He has also created and developed 3 different online offering websites. Rick served as the Syndicate Manager for Brookstreet Securities from 2000 to 2003 where the firm participated in over 45 new offerings and 30 private placements.

Currently Rick lives in the Los Angeles area. He holds a Series 7 & 66 License, California Life and Health License as well as a California Real Estate License.
