Steven is a Managing Director at Xnergy Financial servicing Debt / Equity needs for growth, expansion and sale. Steven’s professional experience includes more than 20 years in leadership roles as an Owner, VP of Finance and Managing Director. He has worked with many small and midsized clients in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, hardware and software technology, media, import/export wholesaledistribution, retail, construction, mining, clean technologies and healthcare. Whether working in tandem with a corporate leader, small business entrepreneur, individual client, or institutional investor, Steven brings knowledge, commitment and values that have distinguished his work throughout his career.

Steven has advised and assisted clients in the acquisitions and sales of businesses, in obtaining private equity and venture capital, and corporate structuring, planning and transactions. Evaluating investment opportunities have included financial modeling, organizational restructuring and due diligence services extended on behalf of both investor and banking relationships. As a financial manager he undertook several major restructurings into distinct business entities to include negotiations among principles and investors to avoid legal entanglements. Steve has made multiple presentations to diverse audiences on P&L and key organizational issues.

With broad expertise, Steven is able to marshal the resources of Xnergy Financial to bring successful resolution to financing needs.

Steven holds a series 63 and 79 Securities Licenses. Steven has earned an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Venture Management from the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
