Mr. Rodriguez is a Managing Director at Xnergy Financial LLC. He brings to Xnergy a distinguished career of over 30 years of experience in securities, investments, insurance, and estate planning. His experience extends from startups to New York Stock Exchange-listed companies, more specifically in the areas of Oil & Gas energy companies, and Real Estate syndication.

Mr. Rodriguez has advised and assisted clients in obtaining private equity or debt by building a selling syndicate of independent securities Broker Dealers throughout the United States. He has completed transactions for clients over a variety of industries, whose total transactions are valued at more than $1 billion.

Mr. Rodriguez’ prior experience includes the position of CEO of two Southern California Broker Dealers. His work has been concentrated in Placement Agent work for clients seeking to raise capital from high net worth accredited investors, using private placements, limited partnership, or convertible preferred structures.

Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, CA. He is a licensed insurance broker and holds the following securities licenses, Series 24, 53, 7, 6, 65, 79, and 99.
